Most of our clients knew Jenny as the trainer and primary level of customer support from 2008 through 2011. After receiving her BA at Birmingham-Southern College, she worked with us while she was completing her Masters at Jacksonville State University as she continued her education in pursuit of achieving her dream of being a classroom teacher. At the end of May 2011 she took a position at Duke University for the summer and will become a teacher at Sacred Heart Catholic School in Anniston in the Fall of 2011. She was an important part of WideNet and we miss our friend in our everyday business life but we know generations of students will benefit from her vast talents.
In advertising our adminstrative/ trainer position only a total of 6 days in The Anniston Star and Daily Home, we had a shocking 90+ applicants. Our final selection was Lori Johns. She has now taken over as our primary point of customer support and training. She also assists with various important administrative duties in the company. Lori holds a BA in graphic design from Jacksonville State University. She is married and lives in Oxford, Alabama. We are excited to have her as our newest member of the WideNet staff!
